Gently shake the area up and down for 100-200 times, then switch hands and repeat the motion. Keep your focus on the Dantian region while gradually increasing the intensity of the movements. As you gain more proficiency in this practice, shift to using one palm to alternate between gentle slapping motions on the scrotum for another 100-200 counts.
